Returns

At Al Muhajjabah, we are 100% confident in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return your item to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the tag still attached, and in their respective Al Muhajjabah labeled packaging 
• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
• We do not refund shipping costs
• No refunds or exchanges for items bought on sale

 

To start the returns/exchange process, log onto your customer account and click on the order. Next, follow the on-screen steps to complete the returns request.

Damages and Other Issues

Contact us immediately at issues@almuhajjabah if the item is damaged, if you have received the wrong item, or if there is some other issue with your purchase.
